SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.
Tracked Shipping throughout the ROI and NI is €5.
Processing times vary depending on whether the item is custom-made or not. All orders are processed between Monday and Friday.
Regular Products will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Personalized Products will be dispatched within 5-10 working days
Custom Products will be dispatched within 21-28 working days.
I can make exceptions for a rush order on occasion (outside of busy periods), please contact me at info@clistedesigns.ie to let me know. There will be an extra charge on rush orders.
Personalized / Custom:
Please ensure that ALL required information is provided for personalized and custom products, this will speed up the processing time. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information is correct so please double-check when entering. A proof will be emailed to customers for approval, Cliste Designs cannot be held responsible for any errors that were present on the artwork at the time of proofing and there will be a charge for any edits and reprints that are needed as a result.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Contact me within 14 days of delivery to discuss your options and where agreed please dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.
Items damaged in transit:
If you do receive an item that was damaged in transit please contact me as soon as you've received it (no later than 2 days after delivery) with photos of the damage and I will arrange a replacement. Cliste is not responsible for any damages incurred after accepted delivery and initial inspection.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items damaged after accepted delivery and initial inspection
- Items that include incorrect locations, names, dates or other information provided by the customer.
