Refund policy
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Items damaged in transit:
If you do receive an item that was damaged in transit please contact me as soon as you've received it (no later than 2 days after delivery) with photos of the damage and I will arrange a replacement. Cliste Designs is not responsible for any damages incurred after accepted delivery and initial inspection.
